1. Who we are

2. What this service is
Bet Bounty publishes sports analysis, research, opinion, and commentary, including selections we would consider betting ourselves, together with the reasoning behind them and a published record of results.
We are not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, hold or transmit funds for betting, or have any financial interest in the outcome of any event we write about. What you buy is access to information.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. We ask for your date of birth at registration and may refuse or terminate any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you are. Sports betting is regulated differently in every state and in many countries, and in some places it is illegal. We publish information; whether you may lawfully act on it is your responsibility to determine. Accessing this site does not mean betting is legal where you live.
4. Your account
Keep your login details secure and don’t share them. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Membership is for one person. Redistributing, reselling, republishing, scraping, or sharing premium picks — publicly or privately, including in group chats, forums, or Discord servers — is a material breach of these Terms. We may terminate any account doing this without refund.
5. Membership and billing
Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly at [[ PRICE ]] until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period already paid for. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
We may change pricing on notice. Any change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any outcome. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance — including any record published on this site — does not indicate or guarantee future results. Losing streaks are a normal and expected feature of sports betting, and any selection we publish may lose.
You alone decide whether to act on anything we publish, how much to stake, and where. Those decisions and their consequences are yours.
7. Not professional advice
Content on this site is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind, and no relationship of trust or advisory duty is created by your use of it. Consult appropriately qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
8. Member discussion
Where you can comment on picks, you’re responsible for what you post. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing; don’t impersonate anyone; don’t advertise or spam; and don’t republish premium content where non-members can see it.
We may moderate, edit, or remove any comment, and suspend commenting privileges, at our discretion and without notice. We don’t pre-screen comments and are not responsible for what members post.
9. Our content
All content on this site — analysis, written material, the record data, design, and code — is owned by [[ LEGAL ENTITY ]] or licensed to us and protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access it for your own use. It grants no other rights.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures, and third-party outages happen. We are not liable for picks you couldn’t access, or acted on late, because of downtime.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, for fraudulent or abusive conduct, for chargeback abuse, or if we reasonably believe you are under 21. Where we terminate for breach, no refund is due.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis is accurate, complete, or profitable.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [[ LEGAL ENTITY ]] and its owners, officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses, lost profits, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site — regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity

15. Governing law and venue

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
