Refund Policy

The short version
Bet Bounty memberships are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the specific circumstances below. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you keep access for the rest of the period you’ve already paid for.
Why
You’re buying access to information, and that access is delivered immediately. The moment you subscribe you can read every pick, every analysis, and the entire graded history. That can’t be returned once it’s been read.
Losing picks are not grounds for a refund
This is the important part, so it’s stated plainly.
Sports betting involves risk. Picks lose. Losing runs happen to every handicapper who has ever published a record, including us — which is exactly why we publish the losses instead of hiding them. A pick that lost, a losing week, or a losing month is not a defect in the service and is not a basis for a refund.
Our complete record is published at /record/ before you spend anything. Please read it, including the bad months, and only subscribe if you’re comfortable with what it shows.
When we will refund
We’ll issue a refund where:
- You were charged in error — duplicated payment, or billing after a confirmed cancellation.
- You were charged after cancelling and the cancellation is confirmed in our records.
- The service was unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period due to a failure on our side.
- A refund is required by applicable law.

Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account page. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops all future charges. We won’t put you through a retention script.

Before you contact your bank
Please talk to us first. Most billing problems are resolved same-day by email, and a chargeback is slower for you than a refund.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban on future memberships. Where a chargeback is filed against a valid charge, we will submit our records — including your acceptance of this policy at checkout, and access logs showing the content delivered — to the card network.
Free trials and promotions
Where offered, promotional terms are stated at the point of sale and override this policy for that period only.
